A beginner or not our team will help you along every step of your journey. You have some of the greatest local instructors and personal trainers working with you. Studio Classes include pilates, yoga, dance, mindfulness, meditation, tai chi, and different Gym classes.

Amanda Greenwood's yoga sessions offer balance and variety. Harmonizing yoga on Wednesdays at 6 PM, intense Power Yoga on Tuesdays at 10 AM, and relaxing Yin Yoga on Fridays at 10:45 AM, each tailored to different wellness goals.
Pilates
Pilates, aimed at strengthening the body and emphasizing core strength, boosts fitness and well-being. Led by Sam on Tuesdays at 6:15 PM, these sessions focus on enhancing physical health and vitality.
Tai Chi
Discover Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi's grace in our studio classes. Led by Sue to soothing music, these sessions delve into traditional Yang style movements, offering a solid Tai Chi foundation. Join Wednesdays at 2 PM and Thursdays at Divider6 PM.
Samba
Ignite your weekends with Samba and Salsa rhythms every Friday at 9:45 AM. Justyna leads a 45-minute dance fit session that elevates heart rate, tones muscles, and ignites dance passion, welcoming all skill levels with her vibrant energy.
